We stayed at this place for a trip, everything was perfect and it was in a marvelous and particularly good location close to the Peggy Guggenheim gallery, spacious rooms, and lovely staff, we really enjoyed it.

We didn't have control over the air conditioning, which was initially set on heat. However, leaving the windows open at night helped cool down the room.

The location of the guest house was perfect for our city trip. It was situated close to public transport stations making it easy to explore the city. The noise level from the surrounding area was quite high. The soundproofing of our room was not sufficient, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The bed was a bit small, but the Santa Margherita Guest House in Venice made up for it in every other way. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center but still quiet and peaceful. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The host was welcoming and made us feel right at home. This place is situated right by Santa Margherita square, making it super easy to get around. The staff here were really nice and always ready to help. Breakfast had some good local options to choose from, which was great.

We loved how easy it was to interact with fellow guests thanks to the communal kitchen. It was great to get tips on which attractions were worth visiting from others who had been in the area longer. the location was also fantastic as we were walking distance to a square with plenty of dining options, a gelato shop and a two-story supermarket. As an added bonus, the WiFi worked great and the air-con kept us cool during the hot days.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Although it was generous, we would have appreciated more savory options and a greater variety of fruit.

The location is not bad, a bit removed from the tourist centre and close to the university area. The room is clean with a shared kitchen to use. Breakfast offers a good selection and the host is accommodating. However, an average view and not very close to the main train station.

The room is a bit cramped for bigger groups of friends and the hair-dryer is old and slow.
